1.Garage Sale & BBQ
COME OUT AND SUPPORT THIS EFFORT. This is a fundraising event
to help cover litigation and expert witness expenses incurred to continue our opposition effort. Clean out those closets and donate usable items. Donations of garage sale items can be made Wednesday March 3 and Thursday March 4. Call Shirley Hoagland at 936-756-1464(H) or 936-525-9311(C) to make drop off arrangements.

2. State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH Hearing)
Where:
Austin TX (Location to be announced)
When:
April 20-22, 2010 Austin Texas This is the hearing that the TCEQ commissioners remanded in Nov 2008. This is like a trial with the attorneys, expert witnesses etc. SOAH judges will send their recommendations for approval/disapproval/cond-itions to the TCEQ Commissioners.
Bus trip will be arranged for April 20th to kick off the hearing with strong showing of opposition to permits. Prepaid reservations are needed $25 per person. We must fill at least one bus for this trip.

3. TCEQ
Commissioners Hearing
When: Date to be announced....expected sometime in the Fall. This will be a hearing like the one in Nov 2008 but it will be the final TCEQ hearing....permits will either be approved or denied from this hearing. ****This hearing we will need to fill 4-5 buses again to go to Austin.
